* A flat delivery charge of *AED 15* applies to all UAE orders.

3. Payment Methods
For deliveries within the UAE, we offer the following payment options:
* Cash on Delivery (COD)
* Online Bank Transfer
For international orders, only Online Bank Transfer is accepted.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (for bank transfers).
4. Return & Exchange Policy
* Customers must provide the parcel opening video as mandatory proof to request any return or complaint regarding wrong, damaged, or missing items.
* Without a valid opening video, return or refund requests may not be accepted.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
* Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
